Coburg Lake Reserve & Park, Fishing, Playground & BBQ Picnic Tables

You will find well maintained walking tracks and cycling trails around the lake. Popular with dog walkers, these trails are a great place to come for an afternoon walk. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. The closest off leash park is in Anderson Reserve, just 5 minutes south.

You will also find a comprehensive outdoor fitness centre which is free to use 24 hours a day. For kids, there is a large playground with slides, swings, climbing structures, flying fox, cubby house and chain bridge.

Popular for picnics, Coburg Lake Reserve also houses a large undercover BBQ area with chairs and tables. There are also toilets here as well as water taps. Bring a picnic and sit on the grass, there are plenty of shaded areas under the well established trees here.

Swimming and fishing are not permitted in the lake. So put on your walking shoes or bring down your bike and spend a fun day in the outdoors.
