Polly Woodside is a preserved iron-hulled sailing vessel; originally built in Belfast and launched in 1885. The presence of Polly Woodside is a central feature of the South Wharf area.

William J. Woodside was the designer of this ship; the name of the ship also shares the designer’s last name.

      No, it wont be open on Monday 12th or Tuesday 13th December.

      Polly Woodside is not open during the week in non-school holiday periods. The school holidays in Victoria open on 20th December, so Polly Woodside will open during the week after this date. You can however, still visit on the weekends.
