Picnicking and hiking are two of the most enjoyed activities at Jells Park. Many people bring food & drinks and settle down for a picnic – the park also has public BBQ facilities available.

Cyclists can also enjoy the Dandenong Creek Trail on their bikes. This scenic pathway includes many bushes, shrubs and native trees along the way. Hikers will also be pleased to know that the park offers a range of walking tracks within the park – ranging from very easy to hard.

As you venture through the lush woodland, you’ll come across many open spaces, colorful wildflowers and a panoramic lake of Jells Lake. Fishing is permitted at the lake, however visitors require a fishing license.
