The Mind, Body, and Spirit Festival is held biannually in Melbourne. It is one of the few festivals celebrated in Australia that solely focuses on health, wellness, and natural therapies.
The festival welcomes more than 160 exhibitors from all across the globe. Guests can expect to see exhibitions, health seminars, free inspirational talks and onstage performances.
Melbourne Mind, Body And Spirit Festival, 2025 Dates & Ticket Prices
Visitors will find fitness stalls with coaches and personal trainers, spa stalls with onsite body therapies, psychic readings, spiritual healing, crystals, women’s health, organic health, herbal supplements, and meditation. They can explore these stalls, speak with an expert, or enjoy one of the many body therapies.
From skincare, essential oils and herbal supplements to jewellery, precious stones, clothing and spirituality guides – there’s something for everyone at the MindBodySpirit Festival!
Find inner peace or discover healthy recipes. Immerse yourself in musical performances or open the door to messages from the spirit world.

You’ll find many things to see, do, and learn at the Mind, Body, and Spirit Festival. Don’t forget to take part in any of the workshops and seminars. The seminars are free, but seating is available on a first-come basis.
Workshops
Take your handmade creations home with you to keep! They have a range of workshops suitable for all ages and skill levels.
Join the amazing hosts as they guide you through the art of spell jars, herbal face masks, paint and sip, and dried flower arrangements!
All materials are provided.
Meditation Room
It’s time to clear your mind and relax. Hosted by Brahma Kumaris, sessions run every 20 minutes.
Visit the Meditation Room for free guided meditation sessions. Relax, unwind, and learn simple meditation methods to gain confidence, joy, open-heartedness, and love.
Main Stage
Free entertainment & live demonstrations. Visit the Main Stage for all-day, free entertainment, including chanting, dance, music performances, yoga, meditation, and messages from the spirit world.
Seats are allocated on a first-in basis and cannot be pre-allocated or booked. Arrive 10 minutes early for front-row seats!
Psychic Reading Room
Clairvoyants, mediums, astrologers & more. Delve deep into what your future has in store for you at the Psychic Reading Room. Featuring over 50 of Australia’s most talented readers, pre-book online to ensure you don’t miss out.

Speakers Lounge
Learn from industry leaders & inspiring people. The Seminar Room features an inspiring line-up of guest speakers and facilitators who will share their International and Australian expertise.
From health, nutrition and personal growth to magick, spiritual guidance and yoga – there’s something for everyone to discover!
Soul Kitchen
There will be healthy cooking demonstrations and masterclasses. Feel better with food, tantalise your taste buds, and awaken your senses at the Soul Kitchen Cooking Stage!
From RAW-some treats and plant-based diets to superfoods and sugar, gluten and dairy-free delights – you’re sure to find tasty and healthy inspiration at the Soul Kitchen.
You can purchase many products from the exhibitors, but some only accept cash. There are, however, ATMs located inside the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
Getting There & Parking
The Festival is held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC), 1 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf.
MCEC is conveniently located in South Wharf, which is served by bus, train, and taxi services.
Coming by train?
Southern Cross Station (Spencer Street) is a short stroll from the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. Trains run every 15-20 minutes.
Coming by tram?
Trams run every 6-12 minutes and stop outside the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre:
- Tram lines 12, 96 and 109 travel along Clarendon Street from South Melbourne, Port Melbourne and St. Kilda and service the CBD via Collins and Bourke Streets.
- Tram line 70 runs along Flinders Street, stopping on the north side of the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Coming by taxi?
Taxi ranks are located at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, all major hotels, Crown Entertainment Complex, and Spencer and Flinders Street Stations.
Need parking?
MCEC provides limited undercover car parking for visitors. Additional car parks surrounding the venue can be pre-booked, including the Wilson Parking at DFO South Wharf.

Tickets are currently on sale for the Brisbane Mind, Body and Spirit Festival. As the organisers use the same website for the Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney shows, they only have one ticket portal.
It seems that you will have to wait until the other festivals are finished before Melbourne tickets will go on sale – probably in May for the June festival in Melbourne.
