If you are interested in exploring an aboriginal heritage site, then come to the Kulin Nation and you will come across the Koorie Heritage. Here at this venue, you will learn more about the native aboriginal communities, their culture and beliefs. Take a journey through this venue and explore more about the Boonwurrung and Woiwurrung people.

The Royal Botanic Gardens and the Melbourne Museum have many artefacts and sites waiting to be explored. Take a culture and heritage walk through the gardens and the venue at your own pace.

The city is also home to some venues, which were once the dwelling sites of Australia’s first settlers. Take a tour to Port Phillip Bay to explore the site of the trading post. Enjoy exploring the striking interiors, exhibition building and the onsite Melbourne Gaol.

If you are interested, you can take a tour of the Old Melbourne Gaol. There are a nearby museum and a garden that includes the Cook’s Cottage, the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens and some excellent artefacts.

Sporting venues such as the Melbourne Cricket Ground and the Grand Prix Track are some of the most popular sporting venues in the city. Apart from some world-class tournaments, these venues are the hosting grounds for several exhibitions and top Melbourne events.

Check out the city’s event calendar to know more about the upcoming events. Houses and homesteads are also quite popular amongst top Melbourne venues.

Several weddings, private parties and high-tea events are held at the homesteads and historic houses in Melbourne. Some colonial mansions and houses are located within these lavish garden areas and guests for some event celebrations can lease these homes.
