Mind, Body And Spirit Festival

The Mind, Body, and Spirit Festival is held biannually in Melbourne. It is one of the few festivals celebrated in Australia that solely focuses on health, wellness, and natural therapies.

The festival welcomes more than 160 exhibitors from all across the globe. Guests can expect to see exhibitions, health seminars, free inspirational talks and onstage performances.

The MindBodySpirit Festival brings you the best in health, wellness and spiritual guidance and is the largest of its kind.

Visitors will find fitness stalls with coaches and personal trainers, spa stalls with onsite body therapies, psychic readings, spiritual healing, crystals, women’s health, organic health, herbal supplements, and meditation. They can explore these stalls, speak with an expert, or enjoy one of the many body therapies.

You’ll find many things to see, do, and learn at the Mind, Body, and Spirit Festival. Don’t forget to take part in any of the workshops and seminars. The seminars are free, but seating is available on a first-come basis.

Workshops

Take your handmade creations home with you to keep! They have a range of workshops suitable for all ages and skill levels.

Join the amazing hosts as they guide you through the art of spell jars, herbal face masks, paint and sip, and dried flower arrangements!

All materials are provided.

Meditation Room

Time to clear your mind and relax. Hosted by Brahma Kumaris, sessions run every 20 minutes.

Visit the Meditation Room for free guided meditation sessions. Relax, unwind, and learn simple meditation methods to gain more confidence, joy, open-heartedness, and love.

Main Stage

Free entertainment & live demonstrations. Visit the Main Stage for all-day, free entertainment, including chanting, dance, and music performances, yoga, meditation, messages from the spirit world, and more.

Seats are allocated on a first-in basis and cannot be pre-allocated or booked. Arrive 10 minutes early for front-row seats!

Psychic Reading Room

Clairvoyants, mediums, astrologers & more. Delve deep into what your future has in-store for you at the Psychic Reading Room. Featuring over 50 of Australia’s most talented readers, pre-book online to ensure you don’t miss out.

Speakers Lounge

Learn from industry leaders & inspiring people. The Seminar Room features an inspiring line-up of guest speakers and facilitators who will share their International and Australian expertise.

From health, nutrition and personal growth to magick, spiritual guidance and yoga – there’s something for everyone to discover!

Soul Kitchen

There will be healthy cooking demonstrations and masterclasses. Feel better with food, tantalise your taste buds, and awaken your senses at the Soul Kitchen Cooking Stage!

From RAW-some treats and plant-based diets to super foods and sugar, gluten and dairy-free delights – you’re sure to find tasty and healthy inspiration at the Soul Kitchen.

You can purchase many products from the exhibitors, but some only accept cash. There are, however, ATMs located inside the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

Getting There & Parking

The Melbourne Exhibition Centre car park is located under the venue and is accessed via Normanby Street.

If you’re being dropped off at the Exhibition Centre, our Clarendon Street entrance is the closest entrance. If you’re getting a lift to the Convention Centre, the entrance near DFO is the closest drop-off point. If you’re driving in, there is abundant, convenient, secure car parking around MCEC. Nearby options include the South Wharf Retail, Siddeley St, Freeway and Montague Street car parks.

Would you prefer to park onsite? Wilson Parking operates a secure underground car park at MCEC that offers flexible rates. Book online before you visit to ensure you’re guaranteed a great spot.

Southern Cross and Flinders Street stations are a short walk or tram ride to the venue. Tram routes 96, 109, or 12 conveniently stop at the centre’s doorstep.
