Head down to Phillip Island for a fabulous Whale Watching experience between June and August each year.

The whale watching season in Victoria is limited by the migration patterns of these awesome creatures, so tickets are limited.

You will depart from Cowes Jetty on Phillip Island on a large boat with your tour operator and will head out to the locations where whales migrate past every year.

This four-hour tour will show you a huge range of marine life including whales, seals, sea birds and sometimes dolphins too! On your journey, you will be taken to Seal Rocks where you will see a huge seal colony which hosts around 5000 seals!

Your tour operator will provide commentary as part of the tour so you can learn about Victoria’s unique wildlife and the migration patterns of the whales. You will also pass past some of Phillip Islands beautiful natural attractions such as the Nobbies, Pyramid Rock and Cape Woolamai.

You will be provided with complimentary morning tea as part of this tour. Bring warm clothes as it can get very cold out on the water and make sure to bring your camera!

Transfers to Phillip Island from Melbourne are not included, so you will need to make your own way to the island (about a 1.5hr drive).
