Caroline Springs is a new residential suburb in Melbourne that is located 25 kilometres north of the CBD.

Developed from agricultural land in 1999, Caroline Springs has grown today to be one of the biggest urban and residential developments in Melbourne.

This includes Caroline Springs Boulevard which connects to the Western Highway and the Deer Park Bypass. While the suburb is largely car-dependent, a train station opened in January 2017 and is serviced by the VLine Ballarat line.
