If an outdoor hiking adventure is on your list of things to do whilst visiting Melbourne, then look no further than a tour of the Grampians, Wilsons Promontory or the Great Ocean Road.
You can find a range of bushwalking tours which will take you out to the best spots, with an experienced guide to lead you.
Hiking & Bushwalking Tours, Grampians & Great Ocean Rd, Melbourne
Popular sites that you may visit include Wartook Valley, Wonderland, the summit of Mount William, Mount Zero and the beautiful McKenzie Falls. Your walks may also take you to some renowned lookouts including Reeds Lookout, Boroka Lookout and Pinnacle, from where you will be able to see the best panoramic views of the entire Grampians region.
For those looking to head to the beach, you can select a tour that takes you to the Great Ocean Road. You travel past Australia’s premier surf beaches such as Torquay, Bells Beach. The Great Ocean Road tour will take you through a rainforest walk where you can see timbers and ancient ferns as well as a range of wildlife.
I’m interested in a Grampians hiking tour. We only have one day which is Friday 31st March for 3 people. I’d like to know price and itinerary.
Many thanks
Carol
Hi Carol,
There are some great Grampians Tours available, here is a link to a list of single day tours that you might want to consider:
1. Grampians National Park Small Group Tour from Melbourne
2. From Melbourne: Grampians National Park & Kangaroos
3. From Melbourne: Grampians National Park Great Escape
The itinerary is contained within each of these links, but all include transfers from Melbourne, morning tea and an experienced guide. Prices are fairly consistent at around the $120-$130 mark.
I hope this helps! Have a great time in the Grampians!
Kind regards,
Jess
