When you get to the park, you will have the opportunity to feed and pat the farmyard animals located on-site including chickens, sheep, goats, rabbits and guinea pigs. Kids can also join in with feeding sessions as well as learn how to milk cows with the milking demonstration.

Take a ride on the tractor and go and see some of Australia’s favourite native animals including kangaroos and emus. Kids can also take a pony ride (for ages between 2-8yrs).

The Heritage Village is the perfect way to walk back in time and experience life in Australia at the turn of the 20th century. Stroll across the farm buildings, a number of which date to 1899. Additional attractions at the village include the display of different crafts and machinery.

The Bundoora Park Children’s Farm is also the perfect venue for parties and functions, thanks to its spacious and natural setting. Events booked at the farm have access to all of the farm’s activities and the Heritage Village. Look out for the party barn that boasts picnic-style tables and BBQ facilities for hire. The chapel is also open for venue hire and caters for all denominations. You may make online reservations at your convenience.

Stay for lunch as there is a cafe on site which offers beautiful views whilst you enjoy their fresh food. There is both indoor and outdoor seating for customers to enjoy and a fireplace which can be enjoyed during the cold winter months.

So come over to the Bundoora Park Children’s Farm and have a great day in the outdoors!
