There are two main experiences you can enjoy at the Peninsula Hot Springs: The Bath House which is a social experience and suitable for families and the Spa Dreaming Centre which is aimed at quiet, tranquil bathing which is only available to those above 16 years of age.

Start the journey to rejuvenation with a visit to the Bath House. Home to more than a dozen outdoor bathing pools as well as a sauna, thermal showers, a cold plunge pool and a family bathing area. Head to the hilltop pool and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding region or take a mineral shower. Massage your feet as you walk on the reflexology walk and get out of the sun in the beautifully relaxing cave pool.

Enjoy a dreamy session at the Spa Dreaming Centre with private pools and a wide range of spa treatments, think mud wraps, healing stone sessions and full body massages.

The hot springs are extremely busy during peak times, (Friday to Monday and holiday periods), therefore you should make sure to book to avoid disappointment. Pool temperatures vary from 34 to 42 degrees Celsius, so you can adapt your session to suit your comfort levels.

You are required to wear a bathing suit whilst bathing. Boardshorts or rash vest is also acceptable. Street clothing such as cargo shorts and underwear is not permitted. Bathing suits are available for purchase at the hot springs.
