Glen Waverley

Glen Waverley is a residential suburb located 25kms east of the Melbourne CBD and whose local government is the City of Monash.

The suburb’s history dates back to the mid-19th century when the first settlements developed in the region. These settlements eventually gave way to expansive tracts of land used for farming and the growth of orchards. Today, the suburb is ranked as one of the country’s largest property markets, largely due to an influx of Chinese investors.
